Downtown Tokyo: Bank of Japan

Bank of Japan dates back to the beginning of the Meiji Era. Here within this building Japan's currency bills are made. The Bank of Japan still performs banking, as in the words of Yasutomo the Bank of Japan "is a bank for banks".
