Soumen Noodles.

The students were able to eat "Soumen". Soumen is a type of flour noodle that is served is a concentrated broth. It is not like ramen or other types of soups. Soumen is served with less broth to drink but more to give the noodles a taste. This is a favorite household meal during the summer time because it is light and not served hot.
